Yes. Yes I do. And if I don't you'll know it because I will tell you. Did you think I'm particularly slow or you particularly superior to me? So stop asking me that at the end of your every sentence. And don't expect me to answer your ridiculous question.
As you can see, I've just had an intensive encounter with a 'youknowwhatimean' person today.

Why don't you try this...
Everytime the person asks you "You know what I mean?", instead of just saying "Yes." or only nodding, you answer back in full sentence "Yes, I know what you mean." with the same tone, same expression every single freakin' time. I'm sure that person will be annoyed listening to the same answer again and again, as annoyed as you are hearing the same question from him/her.
Or how about asking, "What DO you mean, exactly?" After a while they might just give up talking.
