A few weeks ago I was feeling pretty stressed out. My heart palpitations were out of control, I was in a hyper vigilant state all the time and I could literally feel the stress coursing through my veins. I had to do something to shake it all out and the best thing that came to mind was being outdoors and exercise.
I went to the 1000 steps and did 1 loop. I didn't stop to take a break, just marched onwards and upwards even when it was tough to take another breath.
This is the view from when I was heading down, after the workout. It is very gratifying and humbling at the same time.
